Todd joined Saphineia from Golding Farms Foods, a multi-site dressings and sauces manufacturer where he was the Director of Quality, Regulatory, Food Safety and Sanitation. Prior to Golding, Todd served as Director of Q&FS at The Scoular Company, a $10+ billion global Agribusiness company.
Before Scoular, Todd spent 19 years at DuPont Danisco’s Nutrition & Health division, which included 7 years as Sr. Manager for Q&FS Supplier Compliance, where he had food safety responsibility for all 10 U.S. sites, 450 suppliers and 30 contract manufacturers.
Todd is passionate about teaching and the importance of instilling strong Q&FS cultures within organizations.
