Jesse joined Saphineia from Hearthside Food Solutions, where he was Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement overseeing 17 bakery and bar production sites, which were responsible for 65% of company EBITDA.
Prior to Hearthside, Jesse served as Regional Rapid CI Manager at Keurig Dr. Pepper, where he participated in the rollout and implementation of KDP’s Total Productive Maintenance across its 32-site network, driving valuable process and OEE improvements.
Before joining KDP, Jesse spent 6 years at Tyson Foods, where as Regional CI Manager he led the roll out of Tyson Productivity System, which involved planning, training, mentoring, and implementing Process Controls, Standard Work, Daily Management, and Problem Solving techniques across 16 sites.
Jesse began his career at Michael Foods as an industrial engineer.
