We are thrilled to share that Tabitha Osnaya recently joined Saphineia as Manufacturing Excellence Manager, strengthening our ability to help Food & Beverage manufacturers upskill their shop-floor employees and improve operational performance.

Experience

Tabitha joined Saphineia from Hearthside Food Solutions, where she was responsible for Continuous Improvement at its Romeoville, IL facility, a 525,000 square foot manufacturing facility with 28 lines and ~1,500 employees.

Prior to this position, Tabitha served in a series of roles with increasing responsibility at Hearthside, including Scrum Master, Sr. CI Specialist, Product Development Technologist and Quality Assurance Tech.

At Saphineia, we pride ourselves on our team’s real-world experience and our ability to collaborate effectively from the C-suite to the shop floor. In addition to her experience leading and implementing efficiency improvement projects, Tabitha brings significant training and development experience to Saphineia, which enhances our ability to help our clients build a more skilled workforce, as shown below:

  • Provided LEAN training to spread knowledge of important manufacturing concepts across multiple departments
  • Conducted weeklong training for new Kaizen facilitators
  • Monitored and mentored Kaizen facilitators during Kaizen events
  • Developed training protocol for Scrum Masters
  • Led multiple Kaizen and Point Kaizen events

Education

Tabitha’s a B.S. in Biology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
