Guillermo Hernandez Garcia

Guillermo joined Saphineia from Griffith Foods Inc., a $1.5+bn global manufacturer of seasonings, sauces & dressings, textures & coatings, soups and dough blends. Most recently, Gulliermo served as VP, North America Supply Chain and Operations. In this role, Guillermo oversaw 7 sites and was responsible for bringing the region’s multiple operations under a single umbrella, standardizing processes, systems (ERP/ Digital Factory Tools, Demand forecasting, production performance, CMMS, LIMS tools, etc.), and organizational design (job roles, structure, skillset, titles, etc.).

Guillermo’s accomplishments include ERP implementations and full factory digitalization, implementation of effective S&OP processes, deployment of a “Lean Enterprise” playbook and effective continuous improvement program and revision of the North America regional structure of the supply chain and operations functions.

In addition, Guillermo has had roles in M&A, ERP implementation, Purchasing, Product Development and Commercialization.
