As President and Owner of Vlcek Family Meats, Tim directed the growth of a small local family-owned meats processing and distribution business to a $65 million global operation that exported to Asia.
After selling the business to Colorado Premium, Tim assumed responsibility for their broader operations. Following Colorado Premium, Tim joined Allen Brothers, a 120-year-old steak/beef company that catered to some of the highest quality restaurants in the U.S., as VP of Process Operations. He then served as Director of Plant Operations for Weinstein Meats.
